 How long until my order arrives?

While our mission statement is all about "Lowering Office Productivity," rest assured that we employ highly motivated individuals who are all about productivity when it come to getting your gear to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of being placed; we only ship on business days, Monday–Friday. Once your purple-filled order has been shipped the time it takes to reach you will depend on where you live and the shipping option you chose at checkout:

  • Standard Domestic Delivery ($5.95) typically takes between 4—7 business days.
  • Priority Domestic Delivery ($9.95) typically takes between 2–5 business days.

 Can I track my order?

Yes. Like Nick Saban's private jet during a Texas head coaching vacancy, your order will be tracked from our HQ to your front door. Once your gear has shipping an email will be sent to you with your tracking number and a link to view the package's status online.

 There is a mystery pending amount on my bank statement, why?

Depending on the bank that issued your credit card, some financial institutions place a pending amount on your account once a card has attempted to be charged, even if the bank declined the sale due to a bad expiration date or a billing address mismatch (for instance, you typed in the wrong zip code). These charges normally clear within 24 hours.


 I keep getting an error, I want to buy TCU gear, what can I do?

We're sorry about that. Sometimes our staff likes to update the site to help our customers, but every once in a while we employ a Texas Tech grad and well, we're sorry.  Where is my stuff?

Once your gear has shipping an email will be sent to you with your tracking number and a link to view the package's status online. If you've been waiting patiently for confirmation that your order has shipped and want to ask us a question regarding the whereabouts of you package, then email us at orders@shopkillerfrogs.com. If your items have shipped we'll get you the tracking information fast.
